Primary Responsibilities

The position is responsible for the overall success of the operations, relationship managements marketing, compliance, business growth, development and implementation of QHSE management system. The position takes responsibility for implementation of IMS and managing the operations of Perfect Multiple Engineering and Consultancy Services (PMECS)

including all aspects of planning, business Performance reports and management reports, overall achievement of

PMECS targets per the annual work plans including coordinating the preparations, implementation and monitoring,

staff supervision and capacity building. The operations Manager will manage the smooth day-to-day implementation of all the company policies and procedure efficiently to ensure adequate controls and also the achievement of objectives and goals set out in the business plan.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Operations

  1. Manage the delivery of demand driven and cost-effective project implementation processes to clients in the area of our operations, making recommendations to the CEO regarding the refinement of available products in order to improve institutions performance, Business volumes, quality and institutional sustainability.
  2. Ensure that the IMS is established implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the standards.
  3. Ensure that the IMS is implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the standards.
  4. Ensure that the IMS processes are delivering the intended outputs.
  5. Ensure promotion of customer focus throughout the company
  6. Ensure that the integrity of the IMS is maintained when charges to the IMS are planned and implemented
  7. Monitor progress towards operational and financial self-sufficiency, design interventions and adjust policies to improve performance outreach.
  8. Ensure implementation of operational plan for all field-level operations.
  9. Provide guidance in developing action plans and conducting management system reviews.

Requirements:
-Bachelors or diploma in sales , business administration or related Field
-Over 3years experience in managing sales in a corporate setting with proven success in the sales process and experience in engineering sales like civil,ict and power electricals
-Proven experience track record in managing sales process from planning to closing with added experience in word Excel and making quotations
